Hunting Information, Rules and Policy...

We will allow seasonal hunting in certain wooded areas of our 124 acre retreat.  This is governed by the laws of MIssouri (Section 578.520 RSMo) and the Department of Conservation (DOC) in respect to regulated hunting on private property.   The DOC says that hunters need to comply with regulations on seasons, hunting methods, bag limits and checking those specific requirements.

• Bow and Rifle Hunts are for 5 days
  Muzzleloader – (week one is 3 days) ... (week two is 5 days)
• We manage private access for over 100 acres.
• Applicable Trophy Fees.
• 130″ b/c score is minimum-4 points on a side.
  A  fine will be assessed to scores lower than 130 ($500).
• All hunts include guide & stand (firearms hunting). Bow hunting stands negotiable.
• Discount of 10% for all active military

We offer options for leasing, including annual leases, limited-duration leases (for a particular season) and short-term leases (potentially for a week or a weekend of hunting) at our disgretion as allowed by law.

We are surrounded by the the Mark Twain National Forest and they have their own policy rules and regulations for hunting and fishing.
