Jennie's Baumwolle Midwest Ranch Retreat has been known as "Bunker Ranch Retreat" in the recent past. We intend to offer many of the same services and integrate even more amenities and enhanced experiences for every guest. We live adjacent to the rental home and will always be accessible to every guest with ease and dependability.
The Mark Twain National Forest has over 750 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and off highway vehicles (OHVs) motoring. The Sutton Bluff Campground areas are the only designated OHV trail systems on Mark Twain National Forest. OHV's do require a daily permit! There is also more than 350 miles of streams suitable for meander floating, canoeing and kayaking through tree-covered miles. The park entrance is scenic 48 mile ride to Rolla Missouri on Hwy 72 West.
We have 3 Stocked fishing lakes on premises and bring your guns for target shooting. Seasonal hunting is allowed in-season and according to Missouri State regulations. If you bring your off highway vehicles (OHVs) [ATV, UTV, 4 Wheelers, Off-Road Motorcycles] you can enjoy riding our wide easy accesible paths and trails. For a fee you can leave your OHV's at home and arrange to use OURS!
While visiting us ask about our Purebred German Shepherd Puppies. Baumwolle Midwest German Shepherds has been hands-on importing and breeding true world-class quality GSD puppies for over 5 years. These pups come from German bloodlines and include World Sieger, IPO, IGP and Schutzhund trained parents. Before moving to Missoiuri we were rated as the #2 Top Breeder in the USA.
A portion of the property is sectioned off as a Dog Breeding Kennel. We commonly have GSD puppies being cared for by their mother(s). Even though these are well-behaved and intelligent animals, we ask that they not be approached without our supervision.
