Few dogs have the intelligence, trainability, and loyal companionship as the German Shepherd dog. Chris began focusing his full attention to German Shepherd breeding because of his love and admiration for the breed from his own upbringing. He intends to keep his GSDs genetically TRUE GERMAN World-Class from purebred dogs that originated directly from Germany with VA and V quality as well as SCH, IGP, and IPO protection training and ability.
At Baumwolle Midwest German Shepherd Kennels our dogs are integrated fully into our home environment and treated as a part of our family. They are socialized into our lifestyle and provide both companionship and family protection without question. They love to engage and interact with everyone, especially my two daughters. All of our German Shepherds are excercised daily and allowed lots of time to just be themselves. Our kennel has set aside very adequate large areas that are fenced for their safety. We also have a significant number of acres set aside to maintain the natural environment. Our intention is to leave plenty of area for small animals and ponds to flurish.
All of our German Shepherds, both the adults and puppies, are vet checked regularly to keep them as healthy as possible. As a GSD breeder we can assure you that your new German Shepherd puppy will have all of the vaccines needed and be up-to-date according to their ages. Our newly whelped puppies are dewormed between 2 - 8 weeks depending on the overall health and size of each.
No puppy will be shipped for at least 48 hours after receiving their DHPP and/or Rabies shots. Getting these immunizations can add stress and have other consequences by having puppies travel too soon after. We strongly recommend that you have your new best friend "wellness checked" by your own veterinarian within 48 hours after arriving at your home.
